Like a constant buzz in the background, there’s this hum at Branon Family Maple Orchards about what to do next with pure Vermont maple syrup. We’ve got lots of ideas — some have come to fruition, some haven’t, and some still require additional refinement. It’s this creative curiosity, for instance, that led us to craft Maple Buffalo Sauce and our unique Maple Bourbon Vinegar. And now it’s produced two fantastic new products that are sure to delight both human and furry family members alike: CoCo’s Maple Cocoa and Buppy’s Bites.

“We spent a lot of time finding the right source for a cocoa powder that complemented our organic maple sugar and would dissolve easily in both hot and cold milk,” said Cecile Branon. “We’re very pleased with the end product, and it’s named after one of the next generations of Branons.”
