Maple Buffalo Chipotle Dip
Take ingredients from the forests and dairy farms of Vermont, add in a pepper with Mexican roots and combine with a sauce invented in northern New York and you get this wonderful dip that hits sweet and lingers spicy.
Ingredients
- 8 ounce package of cream cheese (soften to room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup+ Branon Family Maple Orchards Buffalo Sauce (1/2 cup plus one additional tablespoon)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Branon Family Maple Orchards Maple Chipotle Rub
- Shredded Mexican blend cheese
Directions
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, Buffalo sauce and chipotle rub in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Can be served warm or cold with tortilla chips, crackers, carrots, or celery.
Note: We use Cabot Creamery products for cream cheese, sour cream and Mexican cheese blend.
