Made as a limited batch, our Maple Apple Brandy Vinegar is double-aged, first as a maple vinegar, then transferred to apple brandy barrels for another year of aging. The resulting apple and maple overtones make for a one-of-a-kind vinegar that is as versatile as it is exceptional.
