Description
Using sap that was gathered, bottled, and boiled from our operation in northern Vermont’s Cold Hollow region, we held a special boil on April 8, 2024. Our sugar house was located in the Path of Totality for the 2024 solar eclipse and we produced this light and delicate limited-edition syrup as the moon passed in front of the sun.
