Maple Fruit Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Puff Pastry Shell – can use a different crust if wanted
- 1 8 ½ oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream (optional)
- ¼ c+ Branon Family’s Organic Maple Syrup – robust
- ¼ tsp pure vanilla
- 1 ½ tbsp Branon Family’s Organic Maple Sugar
Directions
- Bake pastry shell as directed on – parchment paper works great.
- After shell cools a little press top down so it collapses.
- If there is pastry crumbling from the top, pick up carefully and shake off.
- With an electric mixer beat together – cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla, and Maple syrup, if the texture is not creamy add more maple syrup till the cream cheese is soft and spreadable.
- Spread over cooled crust. Top off with your favorite berries. Keep in refrigerator.
