Maple Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Puff Pastry Shell – can use a different crust if wanted
  • 1 8 ½ oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream (optional)
  • ¼ c+ Branon Family’s Organic Maple Syrup – robust
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla
  • 1 ½ tbsp Branon Family’s Organic Maple Sugar

Directions

  • Bake pastry shell as directed on – parchment paper works great.
  • After shell cools a little press top down so it collapses.
  • If there is pastry crumbling from the top, pick up carefully and shake off.
  • With an electric mixer beat together – cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla, and Maple syrup, if the texture is not creamy add more maple syrup till the cream cheese is soft and spreadable.
  • Spread over cooled crust. Top off with your favorite berries. Keep in refrigerator.

Caution! It won’t last long!
