Maple Buffalo Chipotle Dip

Take ingredients from the forests and dairy farms of Vermont, add in a pepper with Mexican roots and combine with a sauce invented in northern New York and you get this wonderful dip that hits sweet and lingers spicy.

Directions

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, Buffalo sauce and chipotle rub in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Can be served warm or cold with tortilla chips, crackers, carrots, or celery.

Note: We use Cabot Creamery products for cream cheese, sour cream and Mexican cheese blend.
