Apple Goodie

Ingredients

  • ¾ c Branon Maple Sugar
  • 1 tbs Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 4 cups sliced apples

Topping

  • ½ c quick oatmeal(small flakes)
  • ¼ c butter
  • ½ c Maple Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ c flour
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

  • Mix: sugar, flour, salt, and Cinnamon together.
  • Combine with apples.
  • Mix well and place in the bottom of a greased 8″x8″ casserole.
  • Melt butter, mix all topping ingredients together and sprinkle crumb topping over the apple mixture.
  • Bake 375˚ for 30-40 min.
  • Serve with Vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of Branon Family Maple Syrup.
